Very unique sound
I bought 2 of these for a 2001 Crown Vic Police Interceptor and it cost me another $69 to have them installed at a local muffler shop. Overall, it was still less than most places were asking for these WITHOUT installation. The 4.6l engine went from a grumble to a deep purr. It's very distinct and not annoying at all.

sound so perfect I don't use my radio anymore!
Flowmaster is the last sound your engine will make. The units produce the perfect tone - yet at cruising speed are not adding unwanted noise. I have all my friends installing these (we all have p71 crown vics).

great part works well but be sure to be ready to bring it to a shop because it doesn't come with anything but the muffler it self "welding will be needed!" but still sounds great and runs perfect

Used some of the flanges off the old converter, product worked as promised my daughters car passed emmissions with no problems. Reasonable price and if you have welding skills no problem to install.

Best Brand
When I was searching a replacement of my old catalytic converter in my car I find this unit; with a little doubt, I ask in my local store about this brand. They tell me it is a good brand. My car now is an almost new unit. In the store the cost of this model was $ ***.00 and in Amazon the cost was very low. Thanks AMAZON .

Not Bad
My old catalytic converter was twice the length of this one but it was supposed to be for my car. Didn't quite fit just right but I have great mechanics and it looks and sounds great after their modifications.

Cleans gas exhaust.
I needed another cat as my car struggled to pass emissions. I Found out the plugged up cat gave back pressure and cut performance and milage. I found this cheap and had it put in. It runs great with my K&N airfilter and glass packs. Saved $ by bringing cat and taking bids on welding install work instead of letting it get done by the mechanic who spotted the problem while on working on another exhaust repair job. It is bigger than a stock Toyota cat by 50% so it must clean more and last longer. Its high performance and gives the car more power than when I bought it off dad 10 years ago. Feels like a different car. At this price you are a fool to wait until it fails emissions inspections and let back pressure build. The air around the car is cleaner and easier to breath comfortably. Top quality at cheap price; do not let the mechanic sell you their cat at steep price.
