No problems for me
I used these on a 2004 Boxster S with CDR-23 radio. I was skeptical and almost bought different ones because of the comments about them being flimsy. I can only speak for my experience of course, and I had zero problems.There are no instructions so let me tell you what I did in case it helps. They are labeled L and R. You insert them in their respective sides with the notches facing inwards. Wiggle it a little as you put them into the slots if it feels blocked. If all you feel is some resistance then push a little harder. If it continues to slip in then you are in good shape. Push until it snaps in place. When it snaps it will be locked in place until you get the radio out.After getting both tools in I had to yank a few times before the radio finally moved about 0.5in. After that I could ease it out. Go slowly to make sure that the wires in back are not hung up on anything.My fingers did not feel great afterwards but I was never concerned...

Awesome!!
I purchased this radio for my 1991 Ford Explorer. I will admit a was a little iffy about this radio but so far it has worked perfectly. The radio works fine its very easy to install and the cd/dvd player works great. To make the dvd player work you have to plug the parking brake green wire to the parking break system but if your like myself you have no idea what that is. I just went online and searched for a bypass for boss radio parking brake wire and it simply told me the answer, went outside and tried it worked great. :) So thankful for technology and blogs! Other then that one thing that bugged me is the when you turn up the radio there is a clicking noise which is quite loud. If you like myself I hate the clicking noise, but you get used to it. The screen for movies is very good quality! When you plug in the ipod through USB it syncs with the deck but the letters are very small, its a little difficult to read but if your like myself once again I just go through the folders not...

Installed this the other day in my pontoon boat.The sound is much better than expected - very happy.The screen is very clear and more than acceptable.This stereo also had two additional Video-Outputs. I connected one to a dash mounted 7" Legacy Monitor and it looks great. Note - the Video-Outputs DO NOT show output when in "Radio Mode". But do show output when a CD/MP3/DVD Movie are inserted.Tested Terminator 2 in DVD Mode - Looked and sounded great!Camera Input which works as expected.Tested a purchased DVD movie, three different Home-Made DVD Movies, DVD with MP3's, CD & CD with MP3's, ALL worked with NO Problem!For the "Parking Break Safety Feature", just Ground the Green wire to any ground to bypass.Note - The reason for a "4-Star" rating and not 5 - The Product Description makes it sound like a "Touch-Screen", it is NOT a Touchscreen, it is Touch "Controls" only. Decent quality at low price
I bought this Boss BV7320 for my jeep liberty 2007, easy install and looks nice. It does everything I want, SD card and USB is very nice to have, I hardly ever have to use an actual CD with those functions. When you first turn on the stereo it takes a moment to load and the clock is hard to read but everything works and I am loving it. The monitor is a nice size for watching DVDs and sound quality is good. Not a bad inexpensive upgrade for the sale price.

superb money saving excellent appliance
I usually don't do reviews, but I am so happy with this purchase I had to. I searched around for an entire month trying to find the right receiver. I think that for the money this product is hands down a total score! It has an aux and a usb. Now, when I purchased this I was thinking on using the ipod with the aux input originally. While the usb port can be used for direct Ipod connection and memory stick media (memory stick media?!) I figured I'd only use it to charge my ipod once the bat was running low. I have heard such bad things about ipod/usb functionality in radio receivers that I never thought I would actually use it. I love my ipod, and with the 32,000+ songs I have on there, being able to quickly scroll to what I want is essential, and its pretty hard to keep track of the new stuff I put on because I don't have enough time in the day to listen to all the songs, so I do a lot of rating. trying to scroll through quickly using any receiver search button seemed like a...

Fantastic headunit - Easy to install, painless to use, and it sounds great!
Like one of the other reviewers, I don't often post feedback, but I'm so impressed by this unit that I felt obligated to do so.After having miserable experiences with two other headunits (one died on me, and the next one wouldn't come close to installing correctly), I finally scored this Kenwood gem. First off, the install couldn't have been easier. I'm not a professional, but rather an electronics geek with an interest in cars and an intermediate ability to perform DIY work. That said, the Kenwood unit fit perfectly, was easy and straightforward to wire, and didn't present any issues whatsoever. The hardware that came with this unit was more than adequate -- different types of mounting screws and a wiring harness (which had colors that lined up perfectly with my Subaru Forester's stock harness).The unit is also pretty simple to use. Like most basic single-DIN headunits, it doesn't exactly provide the ease of navigation that you'd get from a larger touch...

Very Satisfied
Bought this item for it's ipod capabilities and it works great. It controls the ipod 160gb classic right from the radio using the usb port. It also charges the ipod as well. The only drawback I have found with the unit is that the tone controls only add or subtract 8db for the bass, mid, and treble. The unit it replaces used to add 12db.

Good Camera at a Good price
Item arrived with all specified parts and in working order (including the drill bit)Installation is a little time consuming, so don't take this on if it's your first try at car audio / video. Unfortunately there were no instructions, and wires on the harness from the camera were unlabeled but luckily they were easy to figure out.The video out line is easy to spot as its the industry standard yellow RCA cable (17' extension included)The positive voltage that powers the camera is the wire that has the fuse in it (this line connects to the white back-up light in your tail lights and powers the camera)The remaining line is the ground and can be attached to almost any bare metal on vehicle, I usually choose a screw somewhere close.The cables included are long, but you may need to an extension for the power wire (to tell the receiver when to turn on the rear view monitor). Nice Camera, missing hole saw
I'd installed the camera in my Jeep Grand Cherokee with Pioneer 5600 DVD. The Installation was not simple, since I had to add extra video cable (the power cable is longer). As I noticed in other review, the hole saw that was supposed to come included in the kit was missing so I had to buy another one to be able to make the proper hole. The camera is water and dust resistant, and has a clear night vision, but since it has no angular lens (peep hole type) it doesn't cover both ends of the bumper and right there you miss the whole point of having a rear view camera. Just because of that, I would suggest further research of other similar products.

Image quality good, angle not as wide as I'd like
Overall this seems like a very good camera. The quality seems good and so far has not had any issues due to weather like previous cameras. I didn't want to drill a hole in the body of my truck to accommodate this camera so I installed it into a plastic housing under the bumper. It gets a good view, but surprisingly it can't actually see to the corners of the vehicle. The viewing angle of the camera almost makes it, but objects have to be 3-4 feet away (behind) the corners in order for the camera to pick them up. In the worst case, if something were right at the bumper on either side but just out of view of the side mirrors, you wouldn't be able to see it and could hit it. Other than this, if you're starting out somewhere that you know to be clear, then you're OK and can use your mirrors and camera to make it all work. The image quality is quite good, and at night can see well too.

Good feature set for the price. Probably not as great as more expensive units.
I purchased and installed this unit yesterday. It does do what it says: radio/CD/Bluetooth connection for phone and audio streaming. It does seem to do these things well, and pairing with my iPhone 3G (w/3.0 software) was easy enough. However, there are a few limitations/annoyances that you should be aware of:1) Single-line display gives no input as to who is on the phone, or what is playing through streaming bluetooth audio. Not a problem for me, but numerous car stereos (all more expensive) will do that.2) The microphone used for bluetooth calling is embedded in the unit. For me, this is a plus: the lack of external microphone makes my care look cleaner. For others, this may be a minus: the embedded microphone is probably less effective at picking up your voice than an external microphone would be. If you plan on talking through the phone a lot, you may want to spring for a more expensive unit that focuses on doing this task better.3)...

Money well spent for Bluetooth audio streaming.
My main motivation for purchasing this receiver was to have the ability to stream audio from my iPhone 3GS. I've only had this unit installed for a couple of days , so I can't speak for the reliability but I find the sound quality to be excellent in that regard. Before this I was using the Motorola T505 FM transmitter, which I had for about four months. It was great at first but after a while I got tired of changing frequencies for clear signals and having to charge the battery. The Sony MEXBT2700 took care of all that and now I have one less device to deal with, making life just a little simpler which is key for me. One minor annoyance for me was that, although the iPhone 3GS has limited AVRCP support (play, pause & stop) with OS 3.0, the play/pause commands do not seem to be working for me with the remote as outlined in the manual. Play/Pause does however work for me via the receiver itself. Not really a big deal but I just thought it might be worth mentioning for the other iPhone...
