Whoever Designed this is a Genius!
I don't own a boat or an RV...I'm a guy who makes his living sitting at his computer, sometimes 12-14 hours a day, and nothing would ruin my day more that to knock a large cup of coffee or a goblet of grog onto my keyboard and project. Versatile, well made product
I'm very satisfied with this product, been using it for about 2 months now. I wanted it primarily because of the vent clip, which works well enough except it didn't put it where I wanted it in relation to my steering wheel. Instead I used the suction cup. This suction cup is phenomenal. I set it once and its stuck since. Its done so in hot to below-freezing temps and is solid enough that I can make orientation adjustments without fear of popping it off.The actual grip for this phone is well thought out. The grip itself is a padded foam, so it will conform to the shape of your phone. Over only a few uses it retained that shape... not sure if my next phone will suffer from a loose fit, but my current one is very thin, so it shouldn't matter. I'd rather the foam be sturdy like this stuff than flimsy because without the foam the phone would fall out.The alignments are very versatile however they are all stepped, so you can't adjust it to whatever you want. I bought this for my van where I spend a lot of time driving. The price made me wonder if it could be as good as the 30-40 dollar phone holders.This phone holder surpassed my expectations and for the price, I have to give it a 5 stars!EDIT: I have now bought three of these! litter bag keeps vehicle clean, stays put
Last year I purchased an SUV that has a console and no place to stash trash. With two boys, thier friends, and carpools this was not good. I searched department stores and auto parts stores for a weighted trash bin (that wouldn't tip over) and had no luck. Finally, I came across this product on Amazon. It is just what I wanted -- it is weighted AND has velcroe, so it stays put behind the console in a place where all vehicle occupants can easily dispose of trash. It is neat and clean looking. It's a bit small, but I keep it lined with an 8 gallon trash bag and empty it often.

flimsy
I've had this little trash bag in my car for probably 8 years. It has been very useful and never tips over. But it is small as people have said, and it's getting smaller all the time, because it compresses down since the sides don't hold it up (as another reviewer has mentioned). I have to say, I'm finally looking for a different style of trash can for my car.
